Hello, we are Thomas Stott and Mark Shepherd, the founders of Stott & Shepherd.
Stott & Shepherd is a place to find quality products either handmade or carefully selected by Thomas and Mark. With over twenty years’ experience in making bespoke furniture for our local customers and shop displays for large clients it is safe to say that our handmade products are of great quality.
Our Story
Mark Shepherd has been running his Cambridge based business providing bespoke furniture for local clients and shop fittings to large clients for over twenty years. With well-known Museums, such as the Victoria and Albert, National Gallery and Kew Gardens using Mark's expertise to make beautiful and practical display units and complete shop overhauls.
In 2012 Thomas Stott joined the business and began to develop his skills working with wood and other materials under Mark's expert guidance.
Not long after joining the company the National Gallery commissioned a number of wooden Christmas trees for their Christmas display. Proving a great success these trees were used for the following years with many enquiries as to where to buy them from. Having never sold a stock item these inquiries led to the creation of an online shop specializing in handmade Christmas trees, kick-starting our venture into hand making products we feel people would enjoy as much as we do.
All of our products are either handmade in our little workshop in Cambridge, England or carefully selected by us. We specialize in providing great quality and beautiful products.
